How do we work with MS Access to access SQL Server Database?

 I will show you in four simple steps.

1. Create a new MS Access database file

2.    You need to provide a name instead of accepting the default.

3.    Click the Menu item 'External Data' 

4.    Go to New Data Source as shown and choose SQL Server.
